Croatia Tourism & Property Markets Coincide

Over the last 5 years a number of different leading magazines and established book brands have named Croatia ‘Destination of the Year’.

This is hardly suprising considering the stunning natural beauty and relaxed and easy going lifestyle so many people, particularily in the West, can only dream off. And it is not only journals that are picking up on Croatia, Donald Trump has been in the country recently looking at the possibility of bringing the Trump brand to the Bruini Islands, off the north coast of Istria. Furthermore, it is being reported this last week that Anthony Hopkins has just bought a Croatian property in the Istrian region of the country, and a few weeks before that, the royal couple will be honeymooning on a Croatian Island.

It is no wonder with summer fast approaching that Croatia is back in the thoughts and minds of those looking for a unique travelling and holiday experience. There is nothing else like it in Europe today. It is also becoming more popular again with people wanting to buy property in Croatia. The two markets often co-incide with holidays turning into property hunting excursions particularily in the early part of the season when it's not so hot.
