Croatia To Dubai And Back From Dubrovnik
After a successful closure of two-day consultations between Croatian and United Arab Emirates airline managements in the offices of Croatian Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Transport and Infrastructure, an agreement on air traffic has beenmade between the two Governments. This agreement will enable full flexibility in travel routes, capacities, flightfrequences and aircraft types, and for any service (passenger or cargo). According to Trade Arabia both sides have also agreed to facilitate unlimited emergency operations between the two countries.
Connecting these two destinations is expected to help develop relations between the two countries economically. We also believe it will help with the development of Croatian property market at the upper end. Although Dubai is known as a city of expensive luxury properties, it doesn't have the same character and heritage as the Dalmatian coastline with its mild Mediterranean climate, unspoilt nature, crystal clear sea, stone villas, cultural and historic heritage and much more. In fact Croatia is a very different offer to Dubai, with both markets having their own individual strengths and weaknesses, however both property markets are known for some of the most interesting, exclusive and luxury real estate in the world right now.
