> Prices Of Building Land Dropping Except The Attractive Locations

Prices in A locations defy the recession, at least that is according to portals selling real estate in Croatia, who say they are seeing a slight increase in the price of Croatian land plots, in the hottest property areas in Croatia. They claim that real estate prices increased in the most attractive areas in the Adriatic in March.
This may well be the case but their data is often based on advertised prices, not actual sales values and therefore it is highly likely that any price increase is a result of the usual pick up in the market at this time of year as vendors chance their luck increasing their prices to see if they can achieve a better final sales price.
Unfortunately prices of Croatian property are still too high and often vendors of properties in Croatia in the hottest property areas like the famous Adriatic destination of Split and Dubrovnik, are still unrealistic about the true value of their properties. Therefore increasing prices further during this busier period is completely counter productive.
Moreover, the majority of buyers in the market are looking for deals and price is extremely sensitive, so raising prices is the quickest way to put a buyer off. Buyers are considerably smarter and more aware these days, not always but in most cases, asking lots of questions and taking a lot longer to make decisions. Any serious vendor who really wants to sell should be looking to discount not increase their properties value to get the sale.
