  TIM COULSON, owner and director of First Property Croatia (FPC) came to Croatia in 2004 having lived and worked in London all his life. Having previously worked in the Music Industry as a senior marketing executive, Tim decided to leave the gloomy weather and show bizz life style to do something completely different. Since arriving in Croatia, Tim lived on Island Hvar for 4 years and then moved to Split in 2008. During this time he has been building second homes and managing one off projects on behalf of private clients under the guise of Design For Life (DFL) developments. After the crisis hit in 2008, Tim took a year off and then in 2009 he set up FPC. 

   

  On FPC, Tim says 'the idea was to fill the gap between local and international rea estate agencies which I believe we have done quite succesfully. Croatia is a nice market and there simply isnt the volume of product in the market place to entice the big guys in large numbers. At the other end the scale and on a local level, the market is saturated with small agencies many of them illegal. We therefore manage to provide a level of professionalism which one would expect to find on an international level but at the same time have an excellent local network and know how.' 

   

  Tim continues to run FPC alongside DFL and believes Croatia has a great future especially for those seeking lifestyle opportunities.

  IVO graduated from economics and has worked both in financial audit and real estate for the past seven years. Ivo is a licensed real estate agent and prior to working with First Property Croatia he was with the Savills office in Split. Ivo has worked on numerous property transactions and been involved with every aspect of the real estate business over the year. He has built up an excellent network, as well as a wealth of experience. Keen on market analysis, Ivo is a licensed valuation's expert and is lisenced with the Croatian Association of Chartered Valuators. Ivo is currently doing property valuations for the client of "First Property Croatia" who are looking for a more structured approach to buying property in Croatia.

  ANJA graduated in law from Split University and has since then become one of the leading real estate agents dealing with foreign clients looking to purchase property in the Dalmatia area. She has worked for numerous agencies but more recently she was the regional manager for Savills, before coming to work at First Property Croatia. She has an impressive sales track record and a level of professionalism and integrity unrivalled by any of our competition. Anja speaks fluent English and Italian.

  SANJA grew up in Zagreb before moving to Dalmatia with her family a few years ago. She has been working in the real estate business in Croatia since 2007, having spent 4 years in the US after finishing her studie. She has worked with several of the bigger foreign real estate agencies active in Croatia and has also gained valuable experience on the development side after a stint with Croatian Dream, a development company with projects along the Croatian coast. Sanja is an experienced and established real estate agent with an excellent reputation for skilled negotiation and client handling. She speak fluent English.

  JELENA was born in the former USSR (Russia), but moved to the Ukraine as a small child. She later graduated in English language having studied at the Kyiv University of Culture and Arts. Not long after finishing her studies she moved to Croatia, got married, and started a family. She has been living here ever since.

   

  Jelena manages all of the new technology related aspects of "First Property Croatia" business from internet to mobile which now form an integral part of the companies sales & promotions strategy. Moreover, Jelena is involved with all of the companies Ukranian and Russian speaking clients who are looking to buy property in Croatia.

  LINDA was born in Berlin, Germany and moved back to Split with her parents when she was six. After finishing college having studied translation and foreign correspondence, she went to Zadar to study English and German Language & Literature. Since the Linda has taught primary school children as well as worked for the UN as an admin assistant/secretary/interpreter. Linda has an advanced degree in Cambridge Business English Advanced and is fluent in German.

   

  Linda is "First Property Croatia" business manager, looking after the day to day running of the office and all administrative aspects of the business. She is also the first point of contact for many of our client’s both croatian property buyers & sellers.
