There are three buildings within the plot. These are a dry-stone outhouse, an outdoor kitchen and a two-storey traditional house. The latter is a single structure with one side comprising the main residence; the other half has been converted as two guest apartments. The total interior area is in excess of 140m2.

The surrounding land plot is an impressive 4722m2 and consists of disused terraced vineyards. The plot forms the north-west boundary of Podselje and is situated on a south-facing hillside above and behind the village. As such is not overlooked in any direction. Behind and to the west is rolling countryside covered with trees and greenery.

Entry to the main residence is via a front (south-facing) patio and through double doors into an L-shaped open-plan spacious reception/dining/kitchen area. This takes up much of the ground floor but for a speise (pantry) of about 5m2 at the rear-right. Stairs against the right wall lead onto the first floor and a bathroom with one window; master bedroom with one west-facing and two south-facing windows, and second bedroom with a west-facing window and a door opening onto a raised rear patio.

The two apartments are ideal for visiting family and friends. That on the ground floor has double doors at the front opening into a rectangular reception room with doors on the right leading to a bedroom with a south-facing window and a bathroom at the back with an east-facing window.

Outside stairs on the east side of the house lead to a rear patio and entrance to the second apartment. This consists of an L-shaped reception room with windows opening onto both front and rear patios. There is a bathroom toward the back of the apartment and, at the front, a bedroom with east and south-facing views.

The entire building is fully insulated and has new electrical installations and new plumbing. Interior floors are tiled throughout; all doors, windows and shutters are custom-made of Slavonian oak. The ground floor exterior retains its stone frontage.

A fresh-water well (5.84m x 1.70m x 2.90m) is at the back of the house. There are garden plots immediately east of the building and also in front of and below the patio. The area to the west has been landscaped to provide an unobstructed view of the countryside and is an ideal location for a garden, swimming pool, etc.
