You can get to the island by a ship that goes multiple times every day from Sibenik and from Vodice. Also, for a symbolic price and at any time of the day, it is possible to get back and forth to the mainland by a taxi boat. There are two typical Dalmatian fishing villages on the island: Prvic Luka and Sepurine, connected to each other by a kilometer long road. Prvic Luka is one of the favorite spots for yachtsmen sailing through central Dalmatia because of the protected bay, but also because of the fact that one can find good restaurants and tons of Mediterranean charm. Island Prvic is an oasis of peace and quiet as there are no cars allowed to the island. So, you can get around the island by a ship or walking from one village to the other.
